- Progressive experience as a site leader in a manufacturing organization, with broad functional oversight including leadership of safety, manufacturing/production, quality, engineering, materials and planning.
- Demonstrated performance of providing value to drive growth and improved business health.
- Strong interpersonal and high-performance team building skills, with ability to develop collaborative relationships, influencing up, down and across organizational lines.
- A strong level of emotional intelligence.

Job Summary: Allegion Hollow Metal is seeking a results-driven Plant Manager to lead our Southern California manufacturing facility. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution to deliver safe, on-time production of hollow metal doors and frames while upholding the highest standards of quality and cost control.
