Human Resource Officer

Responsibilities

• Draft clear job descriptions and post advertisements to attract qualified candidates
• Screen resumes to identify suitable applicants for further evaluation
• Conduct employee orientation sessions and facilitate completion of required paperwork
• Manage migrant workers' work permit applications and tax clearance processes to ensure legal compliance
• Calculate workers' salaries accurately and submit CPF contributions on time
• Coordinate training programs and oversee the provision and maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Administer employee benefits including insurance, medical coverage, and leave entitlements to support workforce welfare
• Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed to support HR operations

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in related field.
• Good computer skills.
• Willing to work on alternate Saturday.
