About the role

As our new Ad Creative Video Editor , your mission is to transform raw footage, ideas, and scripts into high-performing, story-driven ad creatives . You'll take strategy and turn it into emotionally engaging videos with powerful hooks, smooth storytelling, and smart pacing that keeps viewers watching - and converts. You'll collaborate closely with our creative strategists, graphic designers, and performance marketers to produce videos that don't just look cinematic - they deliver measurable results . ✅ Proven experience as a video editor (mid-level or senior), ideally in a performance-focused agency or fast-paced creative team ✅ Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut , plus experience with Runway, Gemini, or other AI-based tools ✅ Strong understanding of UGC-style ads , direct response storytelling , and platform-specific formats for Meta & TikTok ✅ Skilled in building hooks, retention structures , and using motion graphics to enhance performance ✅ Able to translate briefs into impactful video concepts with clear messaging and measurable goals ✅ Detail-oriented, fast, and reliable - you thrive under tight deadlines and take ownership of your work ✅ You love collaboration and constructive feedback to keep improving every edit ✅ Fluent in German & English ✨ Bonus points for: Experience with sound design, color grading , or advanced motion graphics Involvement in creative direction for UGC shoots or influencer content Knowledge of social media trends and emerging ad styles ✨ Female-led, international team with a supportive, family-like culture ✨ Fast-growing agency working with Europe's most exciting DTC brands ✨ Beautiful office in Lisbon - or fully remote, your choice ✨ Flat hierarchies, open communication & real creative freedom ✨ Learn directly from former Meta & Google experts ✨ A place where your ideas matter and your growth is our priority
