Responsibilities
- Drive Daily Workplace Excellence
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized workplace
- Ensure continuous, high-quality delivery of reception, security, mailroom, and janitorial services
- Coordinate closely with reception and mailing teams to deliver exceptional office services
- Be the Go-To Facilities Champion

- Deliver prompt, professional, and customer-focused responses to workplace needs
- Manage Procurement & Cost Efficiency
- Obtain vendor quotations, raise purchase orders, and support invoice processing (experience with Ariba is essential )
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and support vendor bidding or service optimization initiatives
- Support Facilities Projects & Operations
- Work with Project Managers to support office renovations and relocation initiatives
- Collaborate closely with Facilities Management team members to drive operational excellence
- Liaise with landlords to ensure preventive maintenance programs are executed and tracked effectively

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in facilities operations or workplace management
- Hands-on experience managing vendors and on-site services
- Familiarity with procurement and finance processes, including Ariba
- Strong knowledge of facilities operations procedures and best practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organized, proactive, and service-oriented mindset
