Job's mission Drive supplier excellence by ensuring consistent quality, reliability, and compliance through proactive quality management, continuous improvement, and strong cross-functional collaboration, contributing to ASM's operational excellence and innovation. What you will be working on -Provide technical expertise in manufacturing technologies and engineering best practices to drive product quality with key suppliers -Manage and drive quality improvements for Cable and PCBA suppliers -Work with manufacturing sites and field teams to investigate non-conformances and ensure closure with suppliers -Drive FMEA and implement Process Control Systems (PCS) -Review SPC data and manage suppliers' OCAP execution -Monitor supplier performance against KPIs and drive continuous improvement -Conduct supplier audits including surveillance and problem-solving audits -Lead investigations and support SCAR/8D reporting -Support failure analysis (FA) and share findings with internal stakeholders -Develop strong supplier relationships and promote continuous improvement -Up to 20% international travel required
