About the role
We're looking for a product designer with strong taste to work directly with engineers to make complex workflows feel simple across GovDash. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing B2B SaaS or workflow-heavy products
- Strong portfolio showing UX thinking, systems design, and visual polish
- Comfortable working in Figma and collaborating closely with engineers
- Bias toward action and clarity - can make decisions with incomplete information
- Experience in early-to-mid stage startups
- Bonus: familiarity with govtech, compliance, or AI/ML interfaces (not required)
