Main Responsibilities Own problems end-to-end-from idea to production Deliver features without relying on fully defined or perfect specifications Work directly with product, design, data, and other engineers Operate in small, highly autonomous teams Use AI agents for specifications, coding, analysis, testing, and iteration Deliver 2x the output of a non-AI using Senior Engineer Improve our internal agent network and development workflows Move across the stack when needed Focus on user and business outcomes, not output Core Requirements Proven experience designing, building, and deploying AI-native tools or applications within an organization, which has seen measurable, successful adoption Proven experience building full-stack features across mobile or web applications (frontend + backend) Comfortable operating with minimal guidance and with no initial acceptance criteria Strong product mindset: focus on problems, outcomes, and impact-not just tickets or tasks 5+ years of development experience building something real (product, system, tool, startup, side project, meaningful feature)
