The role of the Overnight Door Attendant BASIC PURPOSE: The Door Attendant is an integral part of the Guest Services Team whose main objective is to ensure our guests are well looked after from the start. This position is stationed outside the entrance of the hotel and greets each guest by name upon arrival and departure to the hotel. The Door Attendant loads and unloads all guest luggage from vehicles and assists guests with general inquiries about the hotel and the local area. We are looking for candidates who have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a warm welcoming smile, a positive attitude and be knowledgeable about the local area, and also have the ability to drive a manual transmission, as this position assists valet parking attendants during high volume times. This position does require an applicant with a flexible schedule able to work overnight shifts specifically from 11pm-6:30am Wednesday - Sundays. Overnight weekends and holidays are also part of the schedule. This position does require authorization to work in the United States.
