Requirements
- Education:

- Experience and Skills:
- Required:
- Significant leadership experience in global education, commercial excellence, or related functions
- Proven ability to lead complex, cross ‑ functional teams and global initiatives in a matrixed environment
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing education or training strategies tied to business outcomes
- Strong operational leadership, including budget management, performance oversight, and compliance execution
- Experience using KPIs and analytics to monitor and improve program effectiveness
