Physical Security Project Manager - Billingual in Korean

About the role

Manage end-to-end physical security projects from planning through implementation and project closeout. Coordinate installation and deployment of CCTV, access control, surveillance, alarm, and related security systems. Develop project schedules, timelines, budgets, and resource plans. Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams. Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management. Ensure compliance with security standards, safety requirements, and company policies. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Coordinate site surveys, system testing, commissioning, and project documentation. Review vendor proposals, purchase orders, and project deliverables. Support troubleshooting and issue resolution during implementation phases. Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of project management experience in physical security, low-voltage systems, or related infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of: CCTV / Video Surveillance Systems Access Control Systems Intrusion Detection & Alarm Systems Security Monitoring Platforms Low Voltage Cabling Infrastructure Experience managing vendors, contractors, and installation teams. Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, and scheduling. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Billingual in Korean and English a must All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
