About the role

In this role, you will ensure the accuracy, integrity and accessibility of commercial and operational data and you will enhance our omnichannel engagement capabilities so that our field force and marketing teams can deliver more personalized, connected and impactful customer experiences. Your work directly supports data‑driven decision‑making and the optimization of both in‑person and digital interactions across the customer journey. Tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to Support digital transformation initiatives, including the rollout, optimization and adoption of websites, CRM systems and marketing technologies to enhance customer engagement and efficiency. Manage and maintain digital platforms such as websites, event tools and Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys to deliver seamless, personalized experiences. Collaborate closely with Digital, Data & Commercial Excellence and Omnichannel teams to execute aligned, integrated campaigns across channels. Ensure high data quality and consistency by maintaining data governance standards across systems and business units. Monitor, validate and cleanse key datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability. Act as a point of contact for resolving data, CRM and reporting-related issues, working with business and IT stakeholders. Manage tickets and incidents efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement. Provide actionable insights to support field force effectiveness, including segmentation, targeting and call planning. Enhance CRM usability, dashboards, and reporting capabilities to improve productivity and decision-making. Partner with Sales, Marketing and Digital teams to connect field activities with digital customer touchpoints. Your profile A Bachelor's degree. You have a solid understanding of data governance principles. You have at least 3 years of experience working with CRM and BI tools (such as Salesforce and Power BI). You communicate clearly and effectively in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus. You have a strong eye for detail, an analytical mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Experience with Veeva PromoMats is an advantage, but not a requirement, we're happy to support your learning. You live within a reasonable commuting distance of either our Boxmeer (Netherlands) or Brussels (Belgium) office.
