Engineering Product Manager

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management or technical product management.
• Experience building and delivering AI-powered products, including agentic or workflow-driven experiences that use AI to help users take action , make decisions, or complete complex tasks.
• Experience building enterprise software products in both on- premises and cloud environments .
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize product opportunities based on customer value , business impact , and technical feasibility .
• Experience leading cross- functional collaboration with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to define and deliver product roadmaps .
• Strong analytical , written , and verbal communication skills , with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear product direction .
• Experience building agentic experiences, intelligent orchestration systems, copilots, or other AI-driven product experiences for enterprise users.
• Experience with monitoring, log management, observability , analytics , or related enterprise platforms .
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience .
• MBA or equivalent business education / practical experience .
• Experience working across all stages of the software development lifecycle and with Agile development methodologies .
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills , including the ability to lead discovery sessions , influence decision-making , and drive alignment across senior leaders .
