Job Title Manager, Measurement Operations Job Description About The Position | Major Goals and Objectives and Location Requirements: Reporting to the Director, Measurement Operations, the Manager will serve as a strategic consultant to our internal measurement team and vendor partners, supporting the technical aspect of measurement studies and data partnerships across the People, Inc. portfolio of brands. The manager will support measurement operational strategy and identity-driven initiatives defined by leadership. The Manager will have strong knowledge of advertising measurement principles, methods and ad effectiveness techniques, and can project manage from 'problem' to 'solution' independently. This role will have a particular emphasis on supporting and ensuring success, and efficiencies, for the internal measurement team and our data connections with vendors. Schedule Requirements: Hybrid 3x a week- (NYC) In-office Expectations: This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week. About The Team | The Team and/or Brand: The People Inc. Measurement team is instrumental growing yield across 30MM+ daily sessions spanning 20+ of the world's best premium brands. About The Position's Contributions: Manage all aspects of measurement tagging from generation to discrepancy reporting Maintain all mapping registries and translation tables Support the implementation and operationalization of People, Inc.'s identity framework (e.g.- tagging, data flows and vendor integrations) Monitor and run recurring measurement partner data feeds Track taxonomy inconsistencies Generate operational documentation and change logs Create best practices for measurement identities to obtain high match rates The Role's Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements: Education: A four-year college degree is required
