Key Responsibilities New Business Development: Drive outbound efforts to identify and acquire new clients in the Nordic Market. Sales Execution: Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing, with a focus on delivering consistent results. Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups. Client Engagement: Establish strong relationships with decision-makers, positioning Frisbii as a trusted partner. Experience : 5 - 10 years in AE roles, preferably in the SaaS, Subscription or payment. Strong pipeline management and forecasting expertise. Familiarity with MEDDIC sales methodology is a plus. Personal Attributes : Self-motivated and eager to prove their capability in a fast-evolving environment. Outgoing and personable, able to uplift team morale. Thrives in less structured environments and can independently navigate challenges. Sales Approach : Proven outbound mentality with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities. Demonstrated success in targeting businesses. Market Focus : Native in Danish, with the ability to engage with the Nordic market confidently. Fluent in English, as is the company standard language spoken. Location : Copenhagen
