- Ideal Candidate:
- A degree (BEng, BSc, or MSc) or equivalent in Human Factors / Ergonomics or a related subject.
- At least 8+ years of applied Human Factors/Ergonomics in Energy sector.
- Chartered Ergonomist & Human Factors Specialist (C.ErgHF) or working towards the award of CIEHF Chartered status is a plus.
- Knowledge on Oil and Gas and Energy Transition Area
- Possesses strong facilitation skills, with the ability to channel discussion towards consensus
- Is energetic, motivated, and comfortable traveling regularly for client meetings
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adaptable to changing priorities
