Support alignment between operational systems and financial reporting structures. Help develop standardized reporting models that improve business visibility. Collaborate with Finance and Analytics teams to enhance dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions. System Integration & Technology Enablement Lead system integration projects across ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other enterprise platforms. Partner with IT and business stakeholders to define business requirements, integration approaches, data flows, and solution designs. Coordinate implementation of integration tools, APIs, and middleware solutions. Identify opportunities to improve system performance, automation, and reporting capabilities. Business Process Improvement Lead process improvement initiatives across Finance, HR, Operations, Sales, and other business functions. Facilitate current-state assessments, future-state process design, and workflow standardization. Implement automation and continuous improvement initiatives that increase operational efficiency. Partner with functional leaders to align business processes with operational goals and organizational priorities. Data Governance & Management Support implementation and ongoing execution of enterprise data governance standards, policies, and processes.
