As the Product Manager , you will be responsible for designing, developing and leading the product strategy and roadmap for a specified product portfolio - Digital Service Experience, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional customer and crew experience. You will be involved in analysing trends, identifying new product opportunities, and ensuring strategic alignment with commercial and customer imperatives. As part of this role, you will synthesize customer and service insights and human-centred design to drive product initiatives and enhancements that improve the portfolios overall product offering and customer satisfaction. Furthermore, you will drive collaboration and provide advice and counsel on general product portfolio strategy and customer experience to Senior Leaders from across the Qantas Group, including guidance and recommendations on the customer service proposition, revenue generation opportunities and commercial decisions. You'll have: 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with Digital Service Experience essential, and airline/travel industry experience will be highly regarded. Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Technology, Marketing or relevant qualifications / experience. Product Management experience and skills - including strategic thinking and analytical thinking, a customer centric mindset, familiarity with Human Centred Design, research and insights, business requirements and prioritization, sound technical nous, and comfortable with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Effective team leadership experience - you are someone who enjoys contributing to strong team dynamics and culture across a diverse cross functional team. Experience leading an Agile software development squad, working closely with a cross-functional team of business analysts, software engineers and designers. The ability to influence key stakeholders to achieve strategic outcomes. Effective collaboration, communication and presentation skills to provide advice to various stakeholders. Demonstrated organisational expertise, with the ability to work within a complex organisation and group policy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Why Qantas?
