At Toll Group, we are proud to be expanding our Government & Defence portfolio through the Defence Theatre Logistics (DTL) contract.In addition to driving duties, you will also assist within the warehouse between runs, including:Picking and preparing freight for dispatchLoading and unloading vehiclesFreight handling and stock rotation within the warehouseEnsuring correct load restraint practices are followedSupporting daily warehouse and logistics operations as requiredThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and safety-focused driver who enjoys working in a fast-paced logistics environment and contributing to a critical Defence supply chain operation.How you'll make the right impactAs a Spokerun/HR Driver , you'll play a key role in ensuring our Defence logistics operations run efficiently and in line with contract expectations. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will:Ensuring the safe delivery of consignments with no damageLoad your vehicle and restrain your load each dayComplete safety vehicle checksUse of scanner and or complete paperwork when necessaryActively participate and attend safety and toolbox meetingsActively participate in incident investigationsComply with all legislated road laws and regulations, including both private and public networksConduct all tasks within a customers' site or in public arena with professionalismVision insuranceEquity / stock options
