As a Commercial Analyst, you will partner closely with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, Marketing and Operations, providing clear, actionable insights that help accelerate growth and sharpen execution across global markets. What will you be doing? You will be at the heart of our Global ENT organisation, translating complex data into compelling stories that guide strategic decisions. Working with a wide range of internal and external data sources, you will build and maintain reporting tools, dashboards and analyses that support global planning, performance management and go to market strategy. From supporting monthly business reviews and long range planning to analysing market share, sales performance and resource allocation, your work will directly influence how we prioritise opportunities and optimise execution across regions. You will simplify complexity for diverse audiences, ensuring insights are understood, relevant and impactful. What will you need to be successful? Success in this role comes from combining strong analytical capability with commercial curiosity and clear communication. You will bring the confidence to challenge, influence and collaborate across a matrix organisation while keeping a strong focus on outcomes. Strong experience analysing large and complex datasets, ideally within medical devices or a healthcare related industry Advanced Excel skills and the ability to design and build Power BI reports and dashboards that clearly communicate insight A commercial mindset with experience partnering with Finance, Commercial and Marketing teams The ability to connect data to strategy, simplify complexity and influence senior stakeholders The anticipated gross annual base compensation range for this position is 159 500-239 500 PLN. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on objective, job related factors including (but not limited to) relevant skills, qualifications and experience, scope and responsibilities of the role, geographic location and internal equity considerations. Compensation decisions are made using consistent and gender neutral criteria, in line with applicable pay transparency laws.
