About the role

FLINT is seeking Journeyperson and Apprentice Structural Ironworkers with industrial experience for an 11-month Construction project in Fort McMurray starting June 2026. In this position, you will enjoy a 14/7 shift schedule, 9.5-hour workdays on an averaging agreement, camp accommodations, flights from Calgary or Edmonton, and benefits after 300+ hours worked. Minimum 2 years' experience in an industrial setting. Valid Journeyperson or Apprentice Ironworker certificate. Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements: Common Safety Orientation (CSO) Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions. Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required. Must have own reliable transportation to flight hub. This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
