Project Executive (Events)

About the role

Communique Live Asia is a premium brand experience and production company specialising in live communications and events production. We embark on projects ranging from meetings and conferences, exhibitions, campaigns, launches, ceremonies, to other special events in physical, virtual and hybrid format.

Responsibilities

• Working in a team to facilitate smooth execution and timely completion of all events
• Ideating and conceptualising events based on client's brief
• Stakeholder management
• Preparation, co-ordination and dissemination of various periodic reports and presentation materials
• Assisting in management of project timeline and budget
• Conduct post-event evaluation (including data entry and analysis and producing reports for event stakeholders)
• Who we are looking for
• At least 1 year of relevant agency experience
• Curious and have a keen interest in the MICE industry
• Resilient and able to perform under pressure
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Works well in a team and has great initiatives
• Independent learner
• Meticulous and has an eye for detail
