Delivery Rider (Motorcycle) - Island wide - Independent Contractor

Responsibilities

• Use your own motorcycle to deliver fresh food orders promptly within 1 hour of pickup notification
• Communicate clearly with customers and kitchen staff using basic English to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
• Respond to delivery requests via Telegram within 5 minutes to maintain efficient order flow
• Plan and optimize delivery routes across islandwide zones up to 40 km from the kitchen to maximize earnings and timely deliveries
• Maintain professionalism and prioritize food quality and customer experience during every delivery
• Manage your weekly availability by notifying the team every Monday and update promptly if plans change
• Work independently without micromanagement, balancing speed with care for food safety and customer service
• Coordinate with other delivery platforms simultaneously without exclusivity restrictions to maximize income opportunities
• Required competencies and certifications
• Hold a valid Singapore Class 2B or 2A or 2 motorcycle license (mandatory)
• Own a motorcycle with current road tax and insurance documentation on file
• Possess a valid NRIC or work permit to legally work in Singapore
• Maintain commercial delivery rider insurance (recommended)
• Preferred competencies and qualifications
• Have experience working with other delivery platforms such as Grab, Foodpanda, or Deliveroo
• Demonstrate knowledge of Singapore's geography or willingness to learn quickly
• Show self-motivation and ability to work independently without supervision
• Understand the independent contractor model, including self-employment status and absence of CPF or employee benefits
• Working Hours & Schedule
• Choose shifts from breakfast (9:00 AM-11:00 AM), lunch (11:00 AM-4:00 PM), or dinner (4:00 PM-9:00 PM)
• Work as few as 1 shift or up to 6 shifts per week based on your availability
• Receive weekly scheduling notice every Monday and update availability as needed without penalty
• Earning Structure
• Earn SGD 50-70 per 4-6 hour shift based on distance traveled for deliveries
• Receive 100% of customer delivery fees with no commission deducted by Lahori.SG
• Get paid weekly on Fridays via PayNow
