Liquid Personnel have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager in a reputable, established multi-home organisation. You will hold overall responsibility for day-to-day management of the Children's Home and accountable for the delivery of a high quality of service provision, incorporating care, welfare, safety and security of all children and young people in their care in order for them to achieve a secure base. Supporting, leading and managing a team of staff who will provide protection and support the children with their physical, psychological, emotional & social development. The home is an existing home with a Good Ofsted Rating. What will your responsibilities be? Reporting to the Operations Manager and with the support of an Assistant Manager, you will effectively and efficiently manage a Multi-Building Registration. Responsible for the leadership, management, and operation of your service, supporting children and young people. Through your positive outlook and ability to see beyond behaviours work towards the progression and development of the children we look after Set the operational direction and organise the effective running of the service to meet its statement of purpose. Mentor and support residential support workers to be the best they can be Work in partnership with external agencies
