More about the role 负责区域：内蒙古蒙西全域，陕西省、青海省、宁夏、甘肃省、新疆、 负责品类：飞利浦家居照明、零售门店渠道招商与运维 岗位职责 1、全面负责西北六省零售渠道整体业务，承接区域季度/年度销售任务，拆解目标并落地达成； 2、开发区域空白城市经销商、专卖店、建材门店、批发客户，拓展浴霸、家居照明优质渠道资源； 3、维护现有合作代理商、门店客情，跟进订货、补货、动销、回款，稳定老客户合作粘性； 4、走访各地建材市场，调研竞品动态、市场行情，反馈市场问题并输出对应拓客、攻坚方案； 5、落地公司新品推广、促销政策、激励活动，带队推进门店铺货、陈列、终端销售落地； 6、统筹区域渠道管理、客户分层维护、市场秩序管控，统筹区域日常巡店、业务跟进与问题协调。 任职要求 1、8年以上照明/建材/家居行业区域渠道销售经验； 2、熟悉蒙西当地建材市场和西北陕甘宁青新、自带照明、灯具、浴霸渠道客户资源优先； 3、有品牌灯具大区/多省区渠道管理、经销商开发、门店操盘经验，能独立谈合作、签代理； 4、抗压能力强，接受高频省内、跨省出差，会开车，能长期深耕蒙西/西北市场； 5、目标感强，懂渠道招商、客情维护、政策落地、回款管控，执行力强，结果导向； 6、有团队统筹意识，认同品牌理念，愿意长期稳定发展 Everything we'll do for you You can grow a lasting career here.
