About the role
Job Description: Prepare and manage measurements and cost estimates for construction projects, from initial calculations to final accounts. Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities. Evaluate tenders from contractors and subcontractors, and negotiate where necessary. Perform quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimates for projects and tender submissions. Review and interpret C&S, Architectural, and M&E drawings. Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience. Knowledge of both civil and architectural works is preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Experience in building, HDB, or condominium projects, or projects of similar scale, complexity, and nature, will be an advantage.
