Technical Recruiter

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years of recruiting experience for highly technical roles.
• Previous time recruiting in the aerospace / defense / space sectors.
• Strong competitive market awareness - knowing the hiring landscape in the aforementioned sectors
• Experience with sourcing tools (not just LinkedIn Recruiter) and ways to innovate so that Hermeus stands out with how we attract candidates.
• Experience with Lever (ATS) is strongly preferred.
• Ability to not only recruit world-class engineers, but also be able to recruit through best in class candidate experience.
• Ability to build strong relationships with extremely passive candidates throughout the industry.

We work with the Department of War to provide the high-speed capabilities our nation and its allies need to maintain a durable, asymmetric advantage. This is a 6-month contract role with the potential to convert to full-time. The team is directly responsible for bringing in the people who shape the company's growth and execution. Recruiting at Hermeus means working on technically challenging, high-impact roles in an environment where hiring quality and speed genuinely matter. You'll be exposed to complex searches across multiple disciplines and collaborate closely with leadership as the company scales.
