Job Summary: JOB DESCRIPTION - ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT Location: Melbourne, Australia Division: Ticketmaster Australia Line Manager: Financial Manager - Reporting & Compliance Contract Terms: 12-month fixed term, 38 hours a week THE TEAM Working closely with a small team in the Reporting Finance department whom are responsible for the reporting and management of the organisation and its subsidiaries financial matters. The team on a day to day basis assist various stakeholders in their decision making from the financial reports and financial data insights produced. This position will work cooperatively as part of the broader Finance team. The role also requires liaison and teamwork with other colleagues in the Finance Department and across the company to ensure individual performance objectives and key tasks are met. THE JOB The overall objective of the role is to assist the finance team to ensure timely and accurate reporting of the Ticketmaster Group of Companies financial information to the various stakeholders, including International Corporate, Local Management, Staff, Suppliers and Clients. The role will perform the day to day reconciliations and reporting to the business to ensure the stakeholders are informed of the organisations ongoing performance.
