Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise team members to achieve daily operational targets and maintain service quality
• Assign tasks and monitor team performance to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality output
• Train, coach, and support staff to enhance skills and address basic disciplinary matters promptly
• Enforce compliance with safety rules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and company policies to maintain a safe work environment
• Prepare and submit simple reports, track attendance, and update management on team performance and issues
• Identify and resolve day-to-day operational challenges and customer or stakeholder concerns to maintain smooth operations
• Required competencies and certifications
• Experience in a supervisory or team-lead role relevant to operations management
• Knowledge of operational procedures and adherence to safety and quality standards
• Basic computer skills, including email communication and Excel for reporting purposes
• Flexibility to work shifts and overtime as required
