You will be the face of Let UK Home, responsible for driving business growth and delivering an exceptional "one-stop" service to our high-net-worth clients. This role requires a candidate who can navigate both the lettings and sales markets, managing the entire transaction lifecycle from instruction to completion.
Responsibilities
- Business Development: Proactively identify and win new instructions from landlords and sellers by showcasing our premium management services and global reach.
- Property Marketing & Viewings: Conduct professional property viewings for potential tenants and buyers, highlighting the unique features of our high-end portfolio.
- Negotiation: Act as the primary intermediary to secure the best possible offers for our clients, ensuring a "perfect match" for every property.
- Deal Progression: Manage the entire "Move-In" or "Sales Completion" process, including coordinating with our internal handover, compliance, and legal teams to see deals through to the end.
- Client Relations: Provide a dedicated service in English, acting as a trusted advisor to our international client base.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on London market trends and rental regulations to provide accurate valuations and advice to owners.
Requirements
- Language: Native or professional fluency in English is essential.
- Experience: Proven track record in UK property letting or sales.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with premium landlords and international investors.
- Drive: A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with social media platforms (such as Instagram, Youtube, Wechat and Little Red Book) for property promotion is a plus.
