Job Description Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for vehicles? Join our dynamic team as a Tire & Lube Technician , where your skills will make an immediate impact! In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping vehicles running smoothly and safely by performing essential maintenance tasks, from oil changes and tire repairs to brake inspections and minor electrical fixes. You will: Perform technician duties such as changing oil and oil filters, rotating and balancing tires, repairing flats, and testing/installing batteries. Inspect and replace brakes, handle minor electrical issues such as fuses, and ensure vehicles are in optimal condition. Complete and maintain required paperwork, including repair order logs. Respond to spills and accidents promptly, following company procedures and regulations for hazardous materials. Maintain a safe, clean environment by keeping the service area, equipment, and tools organized and meeting all safety standards. Be dependable by adhering to your assigned shift and being punctual. Interact professionally and effectively with customers and team members. Complete any other tasks assigned by management. Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs and objectives.
