There is one vacancy available in one of the following potential duty locations: Fort Collins, Colorado and Kansas City, Missouri This position is located at Office of the Chief Information Officer, Infrastructure Operations Division. USAJOBS Help Center - How to supply work experience Specialized Experience for the GS-13: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: Demonstrating systems administration on Linux and Windows servers with experience in IT disciplines (such as provisioning routine configuration, installation, vulnerability management, and reconfiguration of database and related products); AND Supporting incident resolution (examples include using service desk ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy, troubleshooting and resolving problems directly and when needed, assisting and providing direction to junior support staff for escalated issues); AND Experience automating IT operational processes, reducing manual intervention and improving overall system efficiency ( examples include Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or scripting languages like Python and PowerShell) In addition to meeting specialized experience, at the GS-13 level, individual must have the IT-related experience demonstrating each of the following competencies: 1.
