As a Product Manager (m/f/d) at SIXT, you will be creating solutions used globally by millions of users, revolutionizing the way people experience mobility. In this role, you will own the digital rent experience that enables customers to skip the counter and get on the road faster. As we push to make fully digital rentals the future of car rental, you will expand the availability of our Mobile Check-In product to new customer segments and reservation types, eliminate friction from the funnel, and ensure every eligible customer can complete their journey independently. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT You lead the expansion of Mobile Check-In (MCI) to new customer segments and reservation types, helping the company achieve the goal of transitioning to a Digital Rent-first experience You work closely with design and engineering to bring to life frictionless interfaces that guide customers confidently from digital rent onboarding, through vehicle selection, payment, and damage documentation You navigate local market complexity by configuring country-specific requirements such as DVLA checks in the UK, US local customer fees, and other regional compliance needs You work at the intersection of multiple business functions, aligning with stakeholders across the company to remove blockers and expand digital checkout eligibility You establish and monitor KPIs including digital checkout quota, funnel conversion rates, damage funnel usage, SES scores for digital checkouts, etc. YOUR SKILLS MATTER Product Experience You bring several years of product management experience, ideally with checkout flows, payment systems, or mobile-first customer experiences UI/UX Excellence You have a strong eye for UI and user experience: you can evaluate designs critically, provide constructive feedback, and partner effectively with designers to optimize conversion funnels Mobile Expertise Experience with mobile app products, self-service flows, or operational technology that bridges digital and physical experiences is a strong plus Stakeholder Management You communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and can align competing interests across operations, finance, risk, and customer experience teams Data-Driven Mindset You are data-driven and experimentation-oriented: you define metrics upfront, use A/B testing to optimize funnels, and let data guide your prioritization decisions
