Responsibilities
- We're looking for a Content Creator to work directly alongside our team and clients - capturing real customer stories, industry moments, behind-the-scenes footage, product launches, and daily life, and turning them into short- and long-form content people actually want to watch and share.
- Create short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and X
- Capture behind-the-scenes footage from the team, clients, product launches, events, and meetings
- Help founders build authentic, engaging personal brands
- Develop and maintain recurring content formats that showcase our people, culture, and product
- Experiment with new ideas and iterate quickly based on performance
- Be knowledgeable on industry trends
Requirements
- Strong videography, editing, and storytelling skills
- Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
- Deep understanding of Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and platform-specific trends
- Ability to take content from concept to publication independently
- Willingness to travel
- In-person, five days a week in San Francisco
- Bonus Qualifications:
- Experience building a personal audience or creator brand
- Experience with founder-led or startup-focused content
- Familiarity with AI products or the home service industry
