Beverage Manager, the Model Server is responsible for serving and expediting guests' drinks. Promotes the lounge; acts as a brand ambassador; entertains and interacts with clientele and ensures the highest levels of guest service at all times. Mix of sales ability, positive upbeat attitude and image. All model servers must maintain the original mix as hired to maintain their status as a model: Sales Ability - team member must be able to focus and sell designed products as selected by management. This includes menu signature drinks, specials, specific holiday beverages or drinks, wines as selected by management and any other product that's featured by Marketing. Positive Upbeat Attitude - team members are selected for their upbeat and positive attitude on hire. We require, in order to keep model job code, this attitude is maintained and continues daily.
