Responsibilities

  • Analyze, forecast, and report on alliance performance and market impact.
  • Champion initiatives to strengthen DXC's market standing and partner scorecard position.
  • Cross‑Functional& Global Collaboration
  • Build and lead high‑performing extended virtual teams across sales, solutioning, marketing, and delivery.
  • Drive internal awareness, alignment, and interlock through structured communication and outreach.
  • Manage escalations, issue resolution, and contractual or operational challenges in partnership execution.
  • Contracting & Compliance
  • Support and participate in contract negotiations and amendments.
  • Ensure contractual compliance and alignment to joint business objectives.
  • Leadership& Capability Building
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and work guidance to less experienced alliance and offering team members.
  • Independently identify and launch new initiatives to grow the alliance portfolio.
  • Required Qualifications

Requirements

  • 12-15+ years total experience in IT services, consulting, business development, or alliance leadership.
  • 6-8+ years in strategic partner or alliance management roles.
  • Alliance & GTM Expertise:
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder technology partnerships.
  • Strong background in GTM strategy, co‑selling, and solution‑led growth.
  • Experience working with global partners and distributed teams.
  • Business & Leadership Skills:
  • Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and governance experience.
  • Executive‑level communication and influence skills.
  • Ability to operate independently in highly visible and sensitive situations.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree required (Business, IT, or related field).
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience with hyper scalers or large enterprise software vendors.
  • Strong understanding of alliance KPIs, incentive frameworks, and enablement models.
  • Formal training or certifications in alliances, business leadership, or project management.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead virtual, cross‑regional teams.
