Program Manager We are looking for a Program Manager to join our Target Rock Team! As a Program Manager you will be responsible for business results on the business units largest program (Profit and Loss, meeting annual plan and growth for the business unit). You will be the lead Program Manager. The scope of this position includes leadership of a cross functional Navy Nuclear Propulsion product line team (Contract Administrators, Project Engineers, QA Engineers, Planners, Buyers, Production Control, Program Managers), Profit and Loss accountability, new business generation, proposal generation (leading Bid / No Bid activities), booking orders, overseeing negotiations, and overseeing operation activities to ensure customer satisfaction for the site's single largest customer. Location: East Farmingdale, NY. Annual Salary: $150,000-170,000 Please note that the pay range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in New York. Your Challenge Lead Cross-Functional Teams to ensure all project commitments are satisfied. Direct ownership of 60% of the business unit's annual P&L Reporting of financial metrics to senior management: Operational Income, Sales, Cashflow, Working Capital, %ROS, etc Create, track, assign and distribute various documentation/reports for managing and monitoring the applicable programs, including Sales Plan, Delivery Reports, Project Schedules, etc Establish, track, and monitor all project budgets and based upon actual project performance; contingency and/or recovery plans are developed, implemented, and monitored as required. Interact with Sourcing and suppliers to plan for and secure the materials needed for the program and future production Periodic travel to customer and supplier sites to support program execution and business development activities Take a proactive stance by developing contingency plans in potential risk areas and identifying contingency plan deployment criteria to resolve potential problems. Report potential problems to upper management. Apprise senior management of all concerns noted in the course of performing daily activities.
