THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION - INDEFINITE. This National Guard position is for a MILITARY AND FAMILY READINESS MANAGER, Position Description Number NGT5701100 and is part of the Guam G1 Directorate of Manpower and Personnel, National Guard. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: To qualify for this position at the GS-12 grade level, applicants must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal service. Specialized experience includes experience managing, directing, developing, implementing, or evaluating administrative, readiness, human services, family support, or comparable organizational programs; interpreting and applying policies, regulations, directives, and guidance; providing technical guidance and recommendations to leadership; preparing written reports, briefings, or presentations; coordinating resources, budgets, partnerships, or program initiatives; and experience supervising, leading, or directing personnel, volunteers, or program staff in support of organizational objectives. Qualifying experience must demonstrate the ability to analyze complex issues, develop solutions, and manage programs with significant impact on organizational readiness, personnel support, or quality of life services. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work performed through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations.
