• Independent Clients Management (both Landlords and Tenants)
• Leads origination (new mandates and clients)
• Independent Agency Mandates Management
• Negotiations and Deals Management
• We are seeking a professional specialized in High Street, with a primary focus on Agency activities. Additionally, on an opportunistic basis, the role may involve tasks related to Capital Markets.
• Academic degree (Architecture/Engineer/Economics preferred)
• Knowledge of the International Retail Market
• >7 years of relevant experience
• Native Italian speaker or C1 level, proficient in English
• Familiar with Office Package especially with Excel and Power Point
• Independent management of relationships and negotiations with the main market players (Landlords, Investors, Retailers, etc.)
• Availability to travel across the main Italian cities.
