Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous : Contribuer activement à l'encadrement et à la formation des analystes en actuariat. Travailler de façon autonome sur des projets ambitieux et stratégiques dans divers domaines comme, entre autres, la tarification, la réassurance, la planification générale, la science des données et l'établissement de provisions adéquates. Mettre à profit votre expertise pour diriger de grands projets en actuariat. Faire preuve de leadership en contribuant aux discussions sur la stratégie de l'entreprise, en saisissant les opportunités et en faisant part de votre enthousiasme et de votre vision. Orienter vos collègues en les encadrant, en révisant leurs travaux, en faisant des analyses techniques et en réglant des problèmes complexes. Ce que vous mettrez à profit : Diplôme d'études universitaires ou toute combinaison de formation et d'expérience équivalente. Certification professionnelle en mathématiques, en actuariat, en statistique, de préférence ACAS ou FCAS. Au moins cinq ans d'expérience en actuariat (de préférence dans le secteur de l'assurance de dommages). Bonne connaissance des langages Python, Excel, VBA ou SAS. Compétences souhaitées : adaptabilité, innovation, esprit d'analyse, prise de décisions, pensée critique, communication, planification, organisation et esprit d'équipe. Bilinguisme (Français- Anglais), Nécessité d'interagir sur une base régulière avec des collègues partout au pays.
