Permanents Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities

• As a Recruitment Consultant on our Accountancy & Finance desk, you will take full ownership of the recruitment process, including:
• Managing a 360-recruitment role , developing new and existing client relationships across the Manchester region
• Recruiting for roles such as Part-Qualified, Qualified, Finance Managers, Financial Controllers, and transactional finance positions
• Proactively developing new business through networking, market mapping, and client visits
• Sourcing candidates using Reed's market-leading database, job boards, LinkedIn, and headhunting
• Interviewing, assessing, and matching candidates to client opportunities
• Managing offer processes, negotiations, and onboarding
• Delivering an excellent service to both clients and candidates, building long-term partnerships

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment, sales or business development
• An interest in or knowledge of accountancy and finance recruitment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, resilient, and target-driven mindset
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
