About the role
Overview of the Role The Talent Acquisition Assistant will work within the TA Documentation and Compliance stream and is responsible for ensuring a seamless and compliant pre-employment and onboarding process for all successful candidates. This role manages candidate documentation, employment requirements, contract administration, HRIS access, and onboarding coordination while ensuring adherence to VBP policies and regulatory requirements. The role serves as a key support function within Talent Acquisition, ensuring all new hires are cleared, documented, and onboarded accurately and on time. Responsibilities: Conduct reference checks for successful candidates Facilitate document verification and authentication of submitted requirements. Perform required employment and background validation processes based on client requirements. Review pre-onboarding requirements and ensure completeness before onboarding. Prepare employment contracts and related onboarding documents, ensuring all information from the Job Offer Sheet is accurately reflected in the contracts. Coordinate the contract review and approval process with the Talent Acquisition Lead for Onboarding and Insights. Ensure compliance with company onboarding requirements and government regulations. Create new hire accounts in the HRIS. Facilitate BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue) registration and other statutory documentation requirements. Maintain accurate records of signed employment documents in both physical and digital 201 files in CDO. Graduate of BSBA, major in HRDM, Psychology, or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in recruitment administration, onboarding, and HR operations. Experience handling employee documentation and compliance processes is preferred. Familiarity with HRIS platforms, ATS, and Microsoft Office applications. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
