Software Application Engineer

Responsibilities

• Here is what your daily role will look like:
• Actively help customers on their design, development activities
• Create code examples, application notes, quick start guides for wireless applications
• Collaborate with IC design, software engineering and marketing teams on product evaluations and new product definition
• Mastery needed for success in this role:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering and 3+ years of work experience in an applicable industry
• Strong Python programming skills
• Understanding of DevOps fundamentals
• Strong C programming skills on embedded systems
• Experience with embedded or real-time operating systems
• Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) powered tools and technologies used to enhance productivity, analysis, and decision-making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• We consider the following experience as a plus:
• Experience with wireless communication protocols (Bluetooth LE and Wifi)
• Experience with FreeRTOS and Zephyr
