Have you got a proven track record and the skills we are looking for ? A clear passion for property and a good knowledge of the local area is ideal. A full UK driving licence is essential along with the ability to work alternate Saturdays. Estate Agent Sales Negotiator Responsibilities: Call handle Diary Management Arrange and attend viewings Negotiate offers between buyer and seller Cross-sell other services Estate Agent Sales Negotiator Skills/ Experience: Previous experience of working within estate agency is preferred but not essential Enthusiastic and self-motivated A real 'people person' IT Skills Previous experience of working within a sales position, either face to face or over the phone Hours: Monday-Friday 09:00-17:30, Every other Saturday 09:00 -16:00 on a rota 28 days holiday including bank holidays Estate Agent Sales Negotiator Salary: Salary negotiable depending on experience.+ Commission + Pension + Monthly bonuses This will be a very popular position so don't hesitate in making your application!
