See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality: Position Overview : Our Electrical Engineer -is responsible for the design, development, testing, and optimization (sustaining) of (Lithium) batteries and systems. Essential Functions: Design and develop new battery technologies, systems, and components. Implement and maintain best practices in battery design, validation, and testing to ensure performance, safety, and compliance with industry standards. Optimize and introduce processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability in battery development and maintenance. Conduct performance and safety testing of battery cells and packs. Analyse data to evaluate battery efficiency, lifespan, and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance). Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues (during development and testing). Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Prepare technical documentation, reports, and specifications. Stay updated on advancements in battery materials and technologies. Be the main contact for product management for all battery related questions Diversity of thought and experiences is fundamental when imagining the unimaginable. Certain skillsets/experiences are necessary; however, others can be developed along the way. Required Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in electrical development or a related domain. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. Knowledge of electrochemistry, material science, and physics. Experience with battery testing equipment and characterization techniques. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects.
