Where You Will Have an Impact As a Trainer - Quality Assurance Coordinator , you will ensure the consistency, quality, and effectiveness of our training programs and operational standards. You'll play a critical role in enhancing both individual and team performance in support of safe, high-quality operations. Training Program Design & Delivery Develop and maintain engaging training materials, including manuals, presentations, and digital resources. Collaborate with subject matter experts to update and improve training content and delivery methods. Support Team Leads with staff professional development and course completion tracking. Training Evaluation & Quality Assurance Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs; recommend improvements based on feedback and performance.
