Senior Technical Executive (Facilities Management - Punggol) DT

About the role

Job Responsibilities Serve as the key liaison between stakeholders and the facilities management team, ensuring timely and effective service delivery Coordinate and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities across assigned sites Plan, schedule, and monitor maintenance works, asset upkeep, and infrastructure improvement projects Supervise on-site contractors and service providers to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with required standards Conduct site inspections, monitor service quality, and implement corrective actions where necessary Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation within the facilities management system Support project implementation, including site coordination, measurements, and progress monitoring Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, contract requirements, and operational procedures Provide support for staff onboarding, training, and continuous improvement initiatives Prepare regular updates and reports for management and stakeholders on operational performance and maintenance activities Job Requirements Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in facilities management, maintenance, or technical operations Strong knowledge of building maintenance, M&E systems, and facilities operations Good organisational, coordination, and problem-solving skills Able to manage multiple stakeholders, contractors, and projects simultaneously Proficient in Microsoft Office and facilities management systems Good communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with local building regulations, workplace safety requirements, and facilities management best practices is an advantage Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment Comfortable travelling frequently across multiple school sites within the Northeast region of Singapore Able to respond promptly to operational and maintenance issues during school operating hours Additional Information Work Location: Northeast Region, Singapore Nature of Role: Frequent travel between assigned school sites is required School Operating Hours: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (support required during operational hours as needed) Attention to: Debbie Tan (debbie.tan@elitez.asia) By submitting any application or résumé to us, you will be deemed to have agreed and consented to us disclosing your personal information to prospective employers for their consideration.
