Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders in the pharma commercial analytics to understand their data needs and translate them into clear and compelling Tableau dashboards and visualizations.

- A passion for data visualization and a desire to translate complex data into clear insights.
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Engineering) with strong experience in life sciences and claims data analytics.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Tableau developer + SQL developer experience.
- Proven ability to design and develop complex, interactive Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
- Strong understanding of data visualization best practices, including color theory, chart selection, and visual hierarchy.
- Solid knowledge of SQL or similar querying languages for data extraction, manipulation, backend data model design.
- Experience working with pharmaceutical commercial data is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mind.
