About the role
We're looking for a detail oriented and process driven contractor to support our Panel Operations team by executing participant recruitment orders. This is an operational execution role - you'll be responsible for placing and managing recruitment orders across our panel vendor network, ensuring studies are set up accurately, launched on time, and filled to target. - Strong attention to detail: you catch the small things before they become big problems
- Process driven executor: you follow established processes carefully, ask clarifying questions when needed, and deliver consistently
- Fluent in English: strong written communication is essential
