We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner that want to support our fantastic team in Prague and be a part of the HR R&D organization in Sweden with support from HR in Czech Republic. If you're passionate about collaboration and helping teams succeed as well as working with both operational and strategic HR tasks, we'd love to hear from you. What you'll do as HR Business Partner? As HR Business Partner, you'll support our newly acquired company that has joined the Axis family with head seat in Prague as well as operations in Ukraine. Most part of the organization consists of R&D and Product management. You will serve as a credible partner to technical leaders, understanding how R&D teams operate and adapting your HR approach accordingly. You'll lead cross-functional projects and build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. As this is a new organization in the Axis family you will play a key role in integrating the organization into Axis' ways of working. The role has a managerial responsibility for 3 persons in HR and Facilities. In addition to this you will be expected to, together with our leaders, contribute to a positive and open working environment that supports Axis Core Values, champion diversity, equity and inclusion across our multi-country teams, and provide the tools and framework that ensures a smooth employee lifecycle. Your role is to be a change agent and to challenge, coach and support our managers in business and people issues to ensure that they meet their goals and strategies. Through your role, you make it easier for the organization and enable Axis continued success. Key responsibilities include: Workforce planning Recruiting and retention Performance management Succession planning and competence/leadership development Payroll preparation Support line managers in Labor Law requirements Manage compensation and benefit-related questions as well as the annual salary review process Participate in and/or manage one or more HR-related projects People analytics - leverage data and dashboards to support workforce decisions Employer branding and EVP - contribute to positioning Axis as an employer of choice on the Prague tech market Who are we looking for/Who are you? We believe you are a driven, positive, and structured HR Business Partner with excellent communication skills, who loves working with people. As a person you are motivated by working in a high-pace organization where you can deliver results together with your colleagues as well as give high-class service and support to our organization. We believe you are a person who enjoys working with operative day-to day tasks and being a sounding board to the managers on different business and HR-related topics as well as having the ability to think long-term and drive improvement initiatives. We'd love to hear that you have/are: 5+ years' experience from HR management Graduate with a relevant university degree or equivalent (e.g. Business Administration, Labor Law, or HR) Sound knowledge with labor legislation in Czech Republic Broad HR experience from working in an international and dynamic environment Experience leading or actively contributing to organizational change and transformation programs Proven interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Czech language are required Experience from working in the Tech industry, particularly alongside R&D or engineering teams, is an advantage Knowledge in Ukrainian labour law and language is an advantage Knowledge of working with Workday is an advantage What can Axis do for you?
