Responsibilities
- Creative Leadership & Partnership: Partner with copywriters, developers, motion specialists, and creative leads to spearhead high-quality integrated visual designs. You will own projects from high-level concept development through to flawless execution across multiple digital platforms.
- Strategic Social Media Architect: Drive the creative and strategic thinking for the client's social media presence. You will develop concepts and design high-impact social assets, ensuring they are culturally relevant, optimised for various platform behaviours, and engineered to drive engagement.
- AI Integration & Innovation: Pioneer the use of AI tools to optimise day-to-day workflows, mentor the wider team on AI adoption, and explore new creative frontiers in both static and animated work.
- Presentation & Persuasion: Act as a compelling voice for the creative team. Communicate effectively across cross-functional groups and persuasively present complex concepts and projects, both internally and to senior client stakeholders.
- Autonomous Problem Solving: Work with a high degree of autonomy to provide innovative solutions to complex creative problems, balancing meticulous attention to detail and quality with tight timelines.
